What will a Bilingual English and Italian-Speaking Customer Service Agent be responsible for?
You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls from business to business so that repair orders can be logged, handling all inquiries, dealing with complaints, and providing general information.

What experience is necessary?
-A full proficiency in spoken and written Italian
– Previous experience in Telemarketing and Sales
-An ability to navigate computer programs
-Experience working within a call centre environment
-An understanding of data entry and competent typing skills
